I was at Nightwish in Helsinki. I honestly don´t know how Nightwish does it. It´s just magic!!! The experience I had in Tampere and Helsinki was mindblowing... they are totally unique and captivating. The emotions experienced and the passion of the performance is out of this world.. So grateful!

But they are the best band on earth as far as I'm concerned. The very best concert I have ever been to was Deep Purple in 1972 in Jacksonville Florida. I have never in my life ever seen anyone like Ritchie Blackmore. Blows my mind you are seeing Nightwish in Ireland. I assure you won't be disappointed. Enjoy.

Their music runs through my veins everyday... I also gave him my 150yr old copy of Origin of Species by Charles Darwin. He was very touched and said he may put it in his library or in the Nightwish Mueseum... My trip to Finland was the most magical week of my life. I´m so grateful for that.
Floor is the perfect singer for Nightwish. I can no longer imagine the band without her. I've been a Nightwish fan since the first minute and of course I've witnessed every change. Floor? Wow! I immediately thought "That's it! That's THE voice of the band!" Whether in the recording studio or live. Her voice is terrific and convincing in all registers! I saw Floor live with Nightwish once. First row / Hamburg, Germany. It's still one of my favorite concerts to this day. When I read her on Facebook, I also think she is a very, very likeable woman. Close to the fans, humorous and not aloof. I hope that I can meet her sometime. Thank you Floor for making music what it should be 🙂❤
And now without Marko, she has to be way more appreciated than she already is, because she is carrying a huge weight over her shoulders... And TBH, I'm a little concerned about it.
Agree that Floor and the guys are a terrific match. Only found Nightwish a few years back, but have been in love with, and awe of, them all since. Also think she seems to be a lovely person. Imagine if she lived near me, she would be my best friend! Warm, sweet, sincere, down to earth, oh, an insanely talented!!
All of Nightwish songs are works of Art. Tuomas is a poet for the generations. Anyone who has seen any of their concerts know that there are no divas, no egos, just a group of extremely talented musicians who clearly love each other as a family. Floor's Vocals and stage presents are nothing like anything I have ever seen. She tells a story with her vocal range, body language and does not overpower the band, which she is more than capable of. Each play as an integral part of the overall musical and visual experience called "Nightwish". They belong in the Rock & Roll Hall of fame without a doubt!!!!

Finally seeing them in NYC on Sunday. Bought my tickets over 2 years ago! Getting excited now that it’s actually happening after being postponed multiple times. Still hoping for a surprise Marko performance though 🤘🏻
er... may I say I don't think so? Seriously, I really don't wanna start a flame, but you can't compare this performance to the early years. She sang this song in full bending in the past times, now she has to resort to more "mature" solutions. Which is fine I mean, youth is youth and voice changes with the age, but "prime Floor" was something else in my opinion.
Well, i concur with you, and sure, she does more of holding back or better said pacing the power over the whole evening, Tuomas writing dont get simpler, markos parts are also filled by her. not only left out or troy sings them. she gets more versatility over the Years, i am sure she can still belt us away, and in case of stage commander, she also is the one to beat since 20 years;) @Seniore Corsi, lets wait what happen on the bigger european festival Stages, i can imagine she holds back for reason in such smaller venues.

I've been trying to see them for years.. :( being a grown up sucks sometimes.

yeah but that was 9 years ago, things change, especially as a singer as you age your voice also ages. And she's still great. And their chemistry is strong. Also Floor was fighting a cold or flu.
