It's 18:45 good night 🙃
hey please give me a dslr please
Sir how much you earn in month!?
i am just a student now but I want start my own RUclips chanel and make videos like you in india but I can't afford a Dslr so I want
16:10. The lady chuckled because she thought you said you were photographing "la vida loca" instead of "la vida local". 😅
What the fisherman is saying is like: i'm glad you are taking pictures from this so people cannot say we buy our fishes for our restaurant. He is litteraly saying: "Para que no digan que están... Para que no digan que están... (comprados)". Its important to have fresh product in their business... They really work, is not just buying fish in a market. That makes de diff between having a good meal in a travel or a meal like meh... Sorry about ma english, but i really wanted you to know what he is trying to say.
Ohhh thank you so much! I'm so glad to understand that!! I wish I had been able to chat more about that!
@@Pierretlambert Frederik Trovatten leaves Mexico and you go to Mexico.
@@Pierretlambert Maybe you should get a Spanish textbook. Or Barron's language lessons for Spanish. They are comprehensive with two books and compact discs with thorough pronunciation guides. Complete Spanish Step by Step by Barbara Bregstein is a good book and along with this book is an audio app to help if you need it.
@@Pierretlambert If someone tells you how to say have a great day make sure you verify that they are not having you say something rude. :)
@@Pierretlambert A hippie market? :)
Hey just a request from beginners like me, would you post the camera settings with each picture, like shutter, iso, aperture etc It really helps visualize the difference through the eyes of a pro like yourself and is great for learning
Judging from most of the shots they were probably 99% f/1.2 for people and animals 100 ISO (or lower) and just adjust the shutter speed to control exposure. He probably decreased the aperture for buildings.
Honestly, those settings won't help people get better in taking pictures, just learn what is the purpose and function of those exposure triangle and how they effect each other
When you fully understand it,it will become very easy and you don't need to ask other's setting anymore
@@Henry_44 agreed. I thought it would help me too, but it’s more of an experience thing and actually going out and fiddling with the settings yourself kinda thing
Just use S or A mode on camera... thats what i do, and another thing is to lock ISO or set it from 100 to 400 or 800 maximum..
I get you, i had the same in the beginning and still wondering sometimes. But Pierre shoots most of the time in Aperture priority with a large aperture and low ISO. The shutterspeed is set by the camera it self. :)
Pierre when you ask someone if you can take their photo say “ puedo tomarle una foto?” And you can say for have a good day “que tenga un buen dia”. Love your content!
Man you're right, that was uplifting :)
Glad you enjoyed it James!!!
Damn! 2 of my favorite youtubers in one place!
you are one of my inspirations to be a street photographer someday. I am a beginner and I always look at your videos for tips and learnings that i can use for being a landscape and street photographer. Hope to meet you someday and be part of those time trial challenges in photography. keep up the good work and God Bless
Love how respectful and interactive you are with the people you encounter. Great video.
Pierre, loved the video. I am learning Spanish (for 1 month now) and i could follow some of the conversations without subtitles, so was really happy about that. As a non-native speaker, your speaking of Spanish is awesome, inspiring and makes me determined to keep learning. Really impressed.
Your Spanish is great, man! As someone who couldn't follow Dora the Explorer and finally be able to learn after living in Nicaragua and Peru, you speak really well. I love the moment with the lady in the dress walking towards you. Such a great moment!
Also, Que tengas un lindo dia - Have a beautiful day!
Your Spanish is getting there, loved the video, glad to see you enjoy our country!
So much fun to watch these videos. I love your positive vibe and it really shows on the pictures you take of people that you leave some positivity with them for the rest of the day. Have a nice holiday Pierre!
Nice to see some 50mm action, didnt see a POV of a 50mm a long time
"Que tenga un buen dia" o "Que tenga un hermoso dia" they both work :)
these photos were amazing! I loved the lady walking towards you! What a moment. Safe travels❤️
That family moment he had in the beginning, that's my dream. Taking my GF, and in the future, our kid(s) to a beautiful place like this and just taking pictures and chilling. Very uplifting indeed :D
I know Spanish is kinda tricky, so here are my advices man (Im a big Fan!!!)
- So for the common question: "Can I take A Picture of you? - You can use--- >>> ¿Puedo tomarte una foto? OR ¿Puedo tomar una foto de TI?
- Together - Juntas (If we refer female) - Juntos (If we refer Male)
Blessings Man!
I don't know how picky people are about it in Mexico, but if it is someone we don't know, especially if that person is older, we are taught to use usted in the USA. I noticed that Pierre used tu with that woman in the bright clothes. She didn't seem offended though, but maybe someone might be.
@@Anon54387 you are right! For older people we usually say "usted". But if a tourist ask for a photo like Pierre, nobody will be offended! :)
To wish people a good day you can say "Buen día" or "Bonito día".
"Buen día" can be used for greeting too but if you use it while saying goodbye it gets the meaning of wishing someone a good day.
Боже, как это красиво! ❤️❤️❤️
Loving your commentary and interaction with the people! Very uplifting vide set for the day!
Increíble!!! Me encantan mucho este tipo de vídeos, te invito a que vengas a La Paz, Baja California Sur México, te va a encantar y hay muchos lugares para tomar fotos!! Saludos :)

Missed these travel photography videos! Great that you can do it again. On your question: It is "que tenga(s) un buen/lindo día" (with s if you're saying "tu"). And btw.: it would be "Puedo tomar una foto de ti" (not to) or "Puedo tomar una foto de usted" but I think this is a bit more used in Spain. Anyways, it's the more formal approach.
as a native spanish speaker i love how you treat these people, and most of your caption translations were on point🤝

This video was so fun to watch, Pierre! Thanks for sharing. Hope you had a great trip! In these type of street settings, do you tend to shoot wide open and move focus on your subject? When I try that my reaction isn’t quick enough to change focus points and I tend to miss the shot as the subject is out of focus or I’m busy changing settings 🤦🏻♂️
Hi, I like to watch your videos and that you photograph in a beautiful place. What I would like is that you tell what settings you are using while shooting. I can learn a lot from this? Keep up the great videos
As someone else said here to someone else who requested the settings: Those settings won't help a beginner get better at taking pictures. Instead learn what those settings are and their purpose such as ISO, aperture, shutter speed. Gain that understanding of these things and then you'll know what to set them at for a given situation and to gain a desired effect. Also, the light matter. An instructional thing to do is to set the light meter for neutral, then get the meter to read one stop below neutral and then a stop above. These will help you to see how the colors change with the same scene in front of you. For instance, many scenes (particularly landscapes and sunsets in my appearance) show the colors more like they appear to my eye when stopped down, underexposed, by one stop. This stuff comes with experience. The beauty of digital is that we can experiment a lot without much expense unlike people who had no choice but film cameras.
That was so funny, I'm a viewer from Argentina. Your channel is the most funny and interesting of all youtube, saludos desde aquí! :D
