Interesting Ashley. There is a huge white bird outcrop at the South West corner of Iona. It's positioned within the area that is recorded where St Columba used to stand with his back against Ireland. Any connection to his symbol of the dove? I assumed it was the eagle of St John as in the book of Kells! Either way, we look at the bird, it certainly requires looking in to by the guardians of Iona.
