This is just my oppinion, but if you guys want to critic anyones music just do it in a more mature way. Without saying for example, "this song is trash". More so, "this song isn't for me". Not hating just suggesting.
I agree. I understand that people have an opinion and its ok to not like the song. Its just that little words like that can make people get the wrong idea. Not me though. I understand completely. Some people can just listen to the negative and make their assumptions.
In this song, she makes a lot of reference from show like unpretty rapstar and show me the money and I think it's just a song for haters. For me, I liked the vibe but I can understand why this isn't a song that everybody likes.

If you had more knowledge on what the Korean words mean and what shows she’s referencing and know her background a bit more then you’ll probably understand what the lyrics are. But I do agree on the producer conversion that you were mentioning.

I think I suggested this song (really, so y’all can see her lyricism) as well as the Flowsik/Jessi collab (WET) & when you said u wanted to see who she really was I may have mentioned that “what u see is what u get” & that Jessi’s back story really IS her showmanship since she’s been on stage since 15. I believe that I had to apologize for the long ass dissertation I wrote after u commented that it was a lot of info 🤗)
SO...let’s fast forward& this time I’m gonna apologize in advance cuz it’s a time for another Thesis (since I majored in Jessi 101 &all😁).
So first, to King Mustafa, your Higness. About Jessi’s Persona...Jessi does indeed keep it real & by that I mean that she often speaks her mind whether her opinion was asked for or nah. She’s a true Queens, NY Girl ( Born but raised just across the bridge in NJ tho). She spends her time btwn there & Seoul so she’s never lost her accent or her attitude (I mention this because some people think that she puts on a blaccent but I’m out of BK & I kno a Queens accent when I hear one. Also, I’ve been here in Northern VA for a minute & tho I’ve lost my accent there are times I surprise my friends cuz sometimes unaware I slip into my BK accent. So I don’t agree w/ some hater’s assessment... but I digress) along with the dark skin she flaunts w/o shame, her giant earrings, her tight, revealing clothes, her breast implants & booty, her cursing & her mediocre Korean that sometimes she forgets ( she’s getting better tho) often makes her the bad guy or the joke, she’s considered rude, she’s often misunderstood but she’s also entertainment gold. I’ve always thought that Korean Variety shows book Jessi for laughs and ratings. I wanna apologize, When I recommended “spirit animal” I failed to explain that there would be a lot of references to TV shows that she has been on for example: “RunningMan”, “Show me the money”, “Sisters Slam Dunk” aka “Unnies” (which is a Korean word that females use to refer to their older sisters or older female friends) AND the most popular “UnPretty Rapstar”. The song has very specific references that also point to certain people. And again, I wanted you to really see her lyricism so maybe this wasn’t the best song.
“Show me the money” Is a rap survival contest/show that Jessi made a guest appearance on.
I may be wrong but I believe at the time it was just for male contestants so someone came up w/ the idea to make a female version of the show called…”Unpretty Rapstar”. I know, the title sucks but the idea was that in the competition the girls would shed that beautiful, sweet image & start being real (since it’s hip-hop after all 🤷🏽♀️). As mentioned in the song she got 2nd place & it was a struggle cuz Jessi’s Korean isn’t as great as the other girls so she leaned on English a lot. Tiger JK & his wife, Yoon Mi Rae a.k.a Natasha Reeves (Tasha or as JK calls her “T”). If u can’t tell by the name Yoon Mi Rae is 1/2 black & 1/2 Korean &was born in Fort Hood, Texas.
Yoon Mi Rae is her Korean name & the name she Writes, sings & raps under.

King Mustafa you’d be surprised at how many I’ve run into. I’ve run into people who went to BK Tech, I’ve run into people who went to Ditmas JHS which was literally around the corner from my house and get this... my best friend and the first person I met out here in VA... in Manassas, VA at that.... I found out maybe four years ago (and we’ve been friends for 20 to be clear) after putting up a pic of my old school (St. Rose of Lima) that not only did her dad go to the same tiny ass school but literally lived two blocks down from me.
