Roblox never accidently give anyone administrator badge unless they worked at roblox and there are thousand of roblox employee nowadays unlike the old days. Also it's possible that some of the roblox employee have a son and used the account and that's why many of the account are being looked alot being used like a child.
The reason a lot of them have admin is because admins have the ability to give their admin to other players and a lot of admins do it and give it to random kids and stuff, I was playing a game and a admin was abusing his power and I told him “stop abusing admin” and he said “It wasn’t originally mine so if you have a problem with how I use my power you can leave or I can just ban/kick you 😁” and it really is annoying how many kids get admin just to abuse it
