I like how dried fruit is used in this recipe instead of candy gum drops. The fruity tart flavors and the salty crackers will balance the flavor of the candy perfectly. And this appears to be simple to make.

Thank you for making such a clear video which has been nicely shot and the recipe seems almost too good to be true! I'll come back and let you know how it turns out. I'll be sharing it with my neighbours here in France. It's not easy to impress the French - they are such connoisseurs and nougat is a favourite around here so there's a bit of pressure . . .
This recipe is super easy to make and you can be creative with the nuts and fruits you put in.. you can add more or less it doesn't really matter, it will still turn out great. Let me know hows your experience soon. Merry Christmas ⛄⛄🌲

It can last for up to two weeks in an airtight container. If you wish to store longer you can put it in the fridge for up to three weeks. 😉

Powdered milk, full cream milk. If you cant get hold of it. You can omit it.

I think it's fine as long as it's dried. Dried strawberries works fine too. And any sort of crackers. I hope this helps. 🙏

If its sticky, just coat it with milk powder. Or let it set for a couple of hours before cutter. I hope It helps 🙏 🙂
