Awesome thank you. I use a hooded dryer called HH. Hot and Hotter. I got it from my local beauty supply store

@@chanelslifeandbeautyb2890 Would u believe I seriously took my braids out last night? Yep😁 I had micros in for about 2 weeks but it was hard to sleep with them (and I miss playing in my hair) so watching u do ur hair help seal my decision to take them dwn😊.
It'd be great to see a video on how u style ur hair; i.e., ponytail, top bun, half up-half dwn. Also a video on ur product stash. Ooooh also (since Im putting in request...lol) it would be interesting to see u do a full glam make up look with lashes and contouring. Not that u need any makeup tho. Itd be a nice video to see u do a hair and makeup look for Valentine's day, and work, and church, running errands.

Chanels life, I just watched your rollerset video, its incredible! Yes I would like to see you do another rollerset and video you drying under the hood, also do you cover your rollers with a hairnet when you go under the dryer? And thank you for sharing
Thank you! No I don’t use a hairnet. With the Nairobi foaming setting lotion it keeps my hair smooth around the roller. I’ve never had a problem with fly always when roller setting my hair

yall got this... my only suggestion is to use the mesh rollers with the roller pins, yes they are old school, you will cut your dry time and your hair believe it or not will be even more silky. I used to use them back in the day when roller setting was popular before. it looks like wet setting is coming back.
@@rondothard1698 Mesh rollers are easier to work with but how do you keep from getting those ridges on your ends from the rollers?

@@msderismaderisma6173 theres many different ways to determine your hair porosity. One way is to take a clean strand of hair and place it in a cup of water. If it stays on top you have low porosity hair, if it sinks to the bottom you have high porosity hair.
