Basically when the developers were adding cosmetic items, people were complaining about how it was ruining the game, and in an attempt to commentate on it they created this meme character called Demopan. It's basically TF2's equivalent of the "E" meme.
I don't really play demoman all that much, but this remix makes me want to equip the sticky jumper and the frying pan, go on a 2Fort server, killing a sniper and taunting (If It's not a bot or a super-skilled sniper main). Awesome remix, man.,
