Always interesting to get input from the artist regarding their life and music.... I will say I found it a bit odd that she didn`t think there were that many good singers around and thus not much competition for her grammy wins . Actually there were many good singers around like Tramaine Hawkins , Vanessa Bell Armstrong , Helen Baylor , Lashaun Pace Rhodes , Dottie Peebles, Twinkie Clark , Lynette Hawkins Stephens , Danniebelle Hall , Elaine Kelly , CeCe Winans, Esther Smith and on and on . Maybe it was just that only a few were actually getting nominated but there were many good singers around . I remember when CeCe Winans started dominating the grammy nominations and the grammy wins and beating out Shirley .
She celebrated Carlton Pietson who believed there is no he'll and everyone goes to heaven. She needs to make up her mind on whether she believes the bible or what he said.
