Looking at his recorded Hendon Mob results, Matusow has recorded winnings every year since 1996 with the exception of 2015, over $10mm in winnings. 127th on the all time money list. Love him or hate him, he has been a huge part of the poker universe in the last several decades.

Mike is a great example to why you should stay in school and get a degree. Smoking crack cocaine and getting high on cocaine for days and weeks and playing poker is not a great lifestyle. 😂

Build a bankroll with your local tournaments and go take your shot
If you been crushing for years then you have awful money management and bankroll skills. Learn that and try again.

The incredible story? They guy had a knack for the game at the right time. Then blew it. Just like Mike mizroski he had no idea what to do with the money. He put nothing aside. He invested in nothing. Playing No limit got stacked as most do and went broke at one time or another. Got caught up in partying, drugs, etc. No education, or career in mind to act as a foundation. All these thousands of younger kids I see playing poker, thinking it a career and that they are pros, as they nickel and dime and net a few hundred or a few thousand here and there. No future financially doing that. Wasting years of their young energetic lives, when they physical and mental faculties are at their best
there is NOTHING INCREDIBLE about Mike Matusow, been a degen poker player his whole adult life resulting in poor mental and physical health... he has always been irrationally entitled and lacks improvement in his game
