I’m a huge fan of Tom’s art and man this issue didn’t disappoint. I too was a huge fan of the cartoon & toys in the 80’s…this issue hit all the notes perfectly. The flashback page to the events of TF #2 is just simply stunning, Tom’s panel layout & storytelling is next level there. Read it last night and wanted to see what others had to say & see if their reaction was anything like mine. Clearly I’m not alone here!
Just read the first two issues. It feels like a more adult and personal take on "GI Joe: Renegades". Great to read in tandem with COOOOOOOBRRAAAAA COMMANDER!

The details on that panel of Duke firing his pistol are incredible, You can see the slide back as the last round was fired.
