Baume essential works when applied ONLY with fingers, not with sponge. I have ALL Baume essential Chanel has out there and I love them but you need to know how to use them.
I had my makeup done recently at the Chanel Boutique. The guest artist worked on the Baume essential.. no rules for it .. lips eyes cheeks.. he preferred it on top for glow and to bring attention to beautiful color. Definitely fingers.. he said it’s a great carry in purse piece to add luminosity as day goes by.. I have loved them forever.
I use fingers with the Baume essential, it works well with powdery blush ☺.

I use my fingers with the Baumé essential as a highlighter, it works best on top of powder.

I tried the Baumé with my fingers and it really does make a difference with this product. The pigment gets lost with a beauty blender or brush

@@SavMini I agree, I’ve since started using my finger to apply the product over blush or even alone and it does give a nice glow
