The shades are pretty but look very autumnal rather than summery. However, here in the UK, and probably in Europe, Chanel has just released a pastel colour palette and a light pink blush. It is good to see you, Tara, and hope you will be fully recovered soon.

I sooooo love your swatch comparisons! They are so helpful. After seeing them, I'm so glad that I got the CT medium deep face palette. I wish you could have done some comparisons with the Dior mitzah palette (can be used in face) but I know you would have suffered with all the swatching 🫣😅

Both palettes look great on you. Right now, I’m going to pass on these. I had to remind myself that I love these kinds of palettes but hardly ever use them. I've just ordered the light one (tendress??), it's such a beautiful palette and cost per pan, I think the price is reasonable. It roughly costs $22.50 per pan, which is excellent for a Chanel blusher etc. Tara, how do you look so gorgeous? You have not long recovered from covid and now you have a cold. I have a sinus infection and I'm having my own "pity party" with my pillow and blanket. I picked up Tendresse, I love the muted desaturated shade. It makes my cheeks look so ruddy and gorgeous healthy. I find it’s hard to pick up, I have to use a stiff dense brush (Nars brush). I’ve barely had the palette since Sunday and there is a healthy dent in the bottom left blush! The highlighter is beautiful 🤩 they all last all day on my cheeks.

Hello Tara, I’m so glad you are feeling better! Welcome back! The one thing that is causing me to consider purchasing one of these, is you keep mentioning they feel like they are a baked formula. Which Chanel reformulated their blushes a couple years back. They discontinued their baked formula, which was an absolute favorite it mine! It looked gorgeous on maturing skin. Just beautiful beautiful blushes. I was upset that they changed the formula to a powder. So, getting four baked blushes in one palette at $90. verses one blush for $65. is really not a bad value. I couldn’t buy 4 Chanel blushes or 3 blushes and one highlighter for $90. Thanks for the review and thoughts! 💖💋

I love these quads ! I got the lighter one in 957; and Im trying to convince myself that I don't need the other one ! I think I'm covered with the darker CT palette which has a red shade of blush in it ,,, I think Chanel really did well with these palettes and yes they were very unexpected; I'm not a huge collector of Chanel tbh and I recently started getting into the brand after my amazing bff gifted me the entire holiday collection and now I'm in love with this brand ! it's def a luxury brand and pricey but if the budget allows I think these are just too special not to have ,,,they are beautiful with such a sophisticated sheen to them ,,, I can't wait to try mine out ! and yes I have a few face palettes but I do love them xoxo thanks for your very hard work and you looked stunning in these quads xoxo
I so prefer baked. I hate the powdery mess far too many powder products leave. I never have that with well baked Chanel products. I don’t mind building to get my look.

I think they are pretty in the pan and in this review but saw them used on another channel-reviewed on someone with fair/light complexion as opposed to medium- the darker shades looked very clownish even on the eyes-I’m not a fan of red and dark burgundy on fair/light and bending over backwards to make them work because of the label and the price. They looked much more suited to your complexion than to a lighter skin! I’ve used Laura Geller baked makeup for years (foundation, bronzer, blush and highlighter)-I started using when these products were sold in Sephora and continue to use them because they are so good (also made in Italy). With those I have to stay on the lighter side too. These palettes because they are face palettes at least you get more product than say the eye palettes so maybe it is worth the $90 if these colors will work-at least they don’t have that silly little tiny compartment for the tiny useless brushes that come with the Chanel or Dior eye palettes!

I spent all day trying to see if I wanted to splurge on it. I found one of the red pallets left since they are mostly sold out. I broke it down and it ends up being less than $25 per pan and that is no more than Glo blushes, Jane Iredale blushes and others. I wont use the highlighter so I had to ask myself if I wanted to spend $30 per pan (of what I will actually use) and I have always wanted to try a Chanel blush (one without fragrance) so I went for it. Hope it is worth it!

The highlight in the deeper Palette is a darker gold. It blends into my skin. With a lighter complexion, I would get the lighter Palette. That highlight i think would work better on you🩷🩷🩷

The highlight in the deeper Palette is a darker gold. It blends into my skin. With a lighter complexion, I would get the lighter Palette. That highlight i think would work better on you🩷🩷🩷
