You have to leave it in the freezer for a while and then run as fast as you can to where you put it and make sure to click the action button to place it rather than just put it down. It melts pretty quickly. :(

33:30 Maybe put a Shoe in there and that should work so that doesn't closes it.
Get a basket ball and get close to the lever for the red key and hold the throw it and it will open and you can get it
