There is actually an exploit/glitch in swordplay that I have never seen anyone use, but I'll try to explain it the best way I can,If you press B and and quickly slash after it, you will always hit your opponent, whether they are blocking or not. You can defeat the champion in seconds doing this

Nickolas Miller there’s another exploit where you hit them kinda like a lasso but only half of it, it hits them almost guaranteed
Matt was truly the lord of sports when it came to the Wii.
Boxing, Swordplay, you name it, he was the champion of it.

Games like this always makes me wonder why they never made a Zelda game like this. I mean they made a whole Zelda game just about using the crossbow, why didn’t they make a complete one with sword mechanics more like this?

Since I play real Kendo, getting pro was super easy. Although because I've only played Kendo for about half a year, going to practice every weekend, I started to have trouble around lv 1200- 1300

Besides the Swords. Can you kick, punch or anything like that?
I think to punch,you have to hit your opponent while blocking at the last second. It's not an actual game mechanic though

I was using a method on how to hit it every time
I have already defeated the champion, but he was not very difficult to defeat .... I found it very easy x3
I just blocked until we tied 3 times. Then I hit him after I parried his first swing in the final round.
Matt was really hard, but finally after awhile I beat him.. finally... o.e
