Headphone jack absence is still is not proved to be a good decision, I think smart developers will leave it for at least a few years. Apple didn't suggest any alternative comfortable usage patterns for those who are using 3.5 jacks every day

The reasons for removing the headphone jack are also not very convincing.

I finally replaced mine after I lost its power button but it served me incredibly well over the last 5 years. It got kinda slow in the end and my keys did some damage to the front display but great phone after all
