Hi there! I don't like them for myself. They make my hyperpigmentation/melasma darker. So I avoid devices with red light or with heat like the Nira or Newa...any type of radio frequency as they can darken my pigment on my face. And to be honest, even when I used to use the NuFace (which does not heat up) I saw very mild results. And you have to stick with it because the moment you stop, the results instantly go away. It's like exercise and I'm too lazy to keep up with that much maintenance at home LOL 🤪
