Have read both books on Sinatra that Kaplan wrote. They are both excellent books. He doesn’t sugar coat anything, but tells the stories the way they happened. Highly recommend them.
I've seen other interviews with this guy. He says he read everything he could find on Frank Sinatra. So, as far as I'm concerned, he took what he thought would sell books. That was all the bad things about FS.
the second book is a total waste...nothing new in it...in fact it reads like its entirety was lifted from other Sinatra books...it covers no new ground....save your money...the first book is worth reading...it contains some actual work...the second book again...does not

Great interview, I'm buying the book...
Love the book
Rich has a great voice and style but talks far, far too much should take lessons from Johnny Carson.
