    Good Video - but on your insructiions for the R-134A advanced digital trigger & gauge it says "Do not start the engine - always connect and disconnect with engine off" So why on your video it tells me to have the engine running?

      Yes, you need to have the engine on when doing a recharge, but we recommend you have the engine off when you are connecting or disconnecting the coupler to the low side port for safety reasons.

    Thanks for that, do you know how many cars can be filled with this size can? I want to do my Lexus rx400h and my daughter’s Honda jazz, both take the type gas, one car is 2006 and the other is 2007

      It really depends on how much gas you have left in the system when you charge. At most you can probably on charge two vehicles.

    What about cars that have to be filled on the high side only?

      All vehicles we know of are filled through the low side port.

    Does this device work on all vehicles?

      You need to make sure the product you use has the same refrigerant as your vehicle's system. If that's the case the fitting is standard and will fit on your vehicle.

    Can i use this to fill a system which i believe is empty? my compressor wont engage due to lack of refrigerant. So can i fill with this "pro" gauge or will it stop me? Thanks

    • @Acprocold

      If your system has no refrigerant, the compressor's low pressure cutoff switch will engage so you may need to add some refrigerant to the system to get it going, It typically only takes very little to make that happen.

    Why did you guys stop measuring ambient temperature? I noticed that function has been removed from your products, which includes the entry-level.

    • @Acprocold
      @Acprocold  2 года назад

      We removed the ambient temperature V 5+ years ago as it caused confusion for many consumers who felt compelled to recharge to the upper pressure limit of the V.

      We do have a temperature pressure chart on our website you can reference if that helps. www.acprocold.com/faq/r-134a-system-pressure-chart/

    Why do none of these videos tell you when it's safe to remove the refrigerant bottle as I almost lost an eye last time thinking it was empty lol.
