At level 13 , Juggernaut will unlock his special ability, which gives him a 5% multiplicative critical damage bonus every time he gets a kill that stacks indefinitely. It has restricted usage when it comes to Skirmish but the perk itself will be useful in some missions in the campaign mode, supply runs, or events.
