I've watched this several times already and I don't get tired of it. It just keeps me inspired to just live... To love... Maxim Vengerov's music helps me with that.
i'm watching this for only 15 mins and i learned how to talk music in my playing, to play music like how a child plays his toys, to make drama out of the music, it just takes away my mind out of the technical side and savor the music. i just enjoy it and it adds more fun in my practicing, i love music more from this day on.
This has to be my favourite music documentary ever! Have watched it twice in 24 hrs, and will watch again and again. What Vengerov’s mother said about her son is true: He is a musician with heart, a good man, a big heart for everybody. Thank you so much for this documentary.
If I could play a piece, any piece, with such intensity, aggression and yet clarity focus and precision as Maxim Vengerov, I would be a happy musician.
He is a masterpiece. He creates masterpieces. He transmits the music like nobody else. I feel every note maxim. Continue spreading your love and happiness throughout the world. You make it a better place.
I was lucky enough to see these 2 together in this masterpiece live.Oh words are not good enough it is just the feeling from the music the way they play it that makes you soar.
I have been to HIS masterclass!!!! Maximisa GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will go again to the orchestral masterclass by Vengerov soon! Hooray!!!!!!!!!1
I bought a CD of his when I was 13 because he had a spectacular face. I listened to it over and over again, because it was energetic and wonderful. Now, as a married 28 year-old woman, I listen to him because of the spectacular sound. There is no better violinist. Keep it up, Vengerov!
So difficult technically to stay in tune, manage all the complications of the bow, and get "it all" together, but that is only just the start! To make the music sound great is the real challenge! Plenty are able to cope with the former, not too many the latter! Essentially an impossible instrument, but oh so fantastic when all comes together! Love it!
This is great! It shows that technics it's just a tool! important by the way. Playing with your heart and soul and in an expressive way is what touches the audiences heart and soul. Thanks for posting this.
