Doctor Who Experience Romana's Time War Speech!

I recently come across some old archive footage of The Doctor Who Experience on the last day in 2017. I wanted to see if I could clean up Romana's Time War speech at the beginning of the interactive section. I used AI to help me remove the backing music then went in manually to do some more audio clean up.
