I cheat and get the frozen lasagna and bread sticks but everybody likes it. I hope your stomach feels better. To me you eat very healthy. Have a good night dear Ellen
Hope you are feeling better. I wanted to tell you that I became gluten intolerant at the age of 58 and didn't realize that is what it was till I was about 59. Just know that there is no real test for the gluten intolerance. It becomes an educated guess. There were signs for me. Bloating, acid indigestion, body aches and change in bathroom. UGH. I could hardly believe it as being 100% Italian we ate so much macaroni, bread and etc. It is my life, literally. And to make matters worse, I am a Professional Culinary and Pastry Chef. This was really hard for me in the beginning. But the articles said it would take 3 months to see a change if I stayed away from it, (some people it the symptoms never go away even if they change their diet), they were right it was like 3 months to the day all the symptoms went away. I like you had some of the same symptoms and thought it could be my gallbladder. That is why I said to you to do the research first in my other comment. You did eat pasta which has gluten, but I think by what you are saying it might be what I have. I can't tell you how good I feel. I would have never believed someone that told me this. But here I am, I have become one of the crazies that I used to think were out of their head. I should say my older sister had this happen to her approx. 12 years before me and I thought she was crazy. So now I have become one of the crazies. 🤣 P.S. They are finding out it is not really gluten, but how they treat the wheat in processing the product. I understand now, if your flour products come from Italy where the farm is watched, and truly organic people are able to eat the bread. This if true is infuriating.
@@lisarosemcpherson944 maybe RFK Jr will be able to fix some of our food issues. I'm a firm believer of "you are what you eat". Sometimes it takes a lot of investigation and trial and error. Ugh!😫

Ellen, instead of all that toxic and crappy creamer stuff why not use whole milk or Half and Half? Much healthier and doesn’t camouflage the taste of the coffee.
@@silentnot4812 Great choice. I just use whole milk and will never use those terrible artificial chemical creamers that actually will kill you. Omg, the things I have been reading on the health channels about those creamers and what is in them is nothing short of horrific! I am not kidding! The docs and nutritionists are strongly urging people to stop using them, they cause all kinds of havoc in the body including cancer. I don’t understand …..if people love coffee why camouflage its taste by using artificial-tasting chemically-made stuff?
