As an immigrant who go up fearing, praying and praising God, I found it so difficult to connect with people in America because the minute you say something like the intro of this video, they think my next sentence would be to convert them into what my religion is or I would end up in a conversation where Jesus and Christianity is the ONLY way to live. This timing was impeccable. We lost our Mom last Saturday due to dementia so kind of knew it was coming. Our family has not been strong for a long time, and I have for as long as I can remember been the buffer between the different sides of us. What they have put me through this week in getting her funeral completed has weighed heavy on me. Let me just put it that they put the fun in dysfunctional. And today I was working on my network and not having any success, came across this- and I feel much lighter now. I work with the recovery community in our church and am usually the one reminding others that God walks before us, is in the conversations we don't hear. But today I just needed to hear that from someone else to be reminded of the strength in that thought. Thank you
