- The Neighbor said his goal was to keep a tidy yard even after his heart transplant but after he passed away nature took over the yard. We came across this yard recently and new it must be abandoned by the looks of it so we stopped to talk to the neighbor. She said the previous owner loved to do yard work, he was actually one of the longest survivors post heart transplant but eventually he did pass away. Since then she has had to call the city because this yard has gotten out of control, the driveway is super overgrown and there are even some tree limbs falling into her yard. We are going to take care of this yard today for her and we know it would make the previous owner glad. Thanks for watching and supporting the channel!

My Dad used to go with me when I did lawns for neighbors. He taught me not only how to care for their yards, but also for them. Treasured memories for me. It is good to know there are still genuine father's among the men of today. Lead on.

What an awesome father you are teaching your boys work ethic…so uncommon these days. We live in a neighborhood where the children aren’t even taught to put away the trashcans more or less do yard work. Your boys don’t wait for each other to do the work, they help each other. God bless your family!

I would have notified the police, but would have covered the window just to keep the house dry.

And alert the current minister son who’s executor on the estate, or so it sounds. I know houses where the family has to pay $6000 in property taxes every year but the family can’t get their stuff together enough to work together so they can sell it, use it for ministry, or rent it to a family member. Other times they are trying but they’re in a legal battle with a squatter. It’s disgusting that someone’s broke in the window and been trashing the place. I pray this family can work together and figure out a solution of this house now that the yard is nice. I pray that God can fix the squatter and he moves out on his own because it’s very difficult to get a squatter out in some states due to illogical government ideas that harm the tax payers and tie the hands of the police in favor of the thieves and thugs. I say this as someone who actually worked with The homeless and with the church. This is illogical. If that minister wanted to turn that house into a halfway house the Government would be paying the family, or at least it would be tax free property if they didn’t want to become a Housing Authority Location due to ridiculous laws that some areas have, but now they have homeless people stealing from them as they have to cover the cost a property taxes for a house they can’t even do anything with because of the squatters. It seems like too nice of a house to be a house for the type of people that break windows and trash it. I hope they’re able to sell it or get this going quick.
Doesn’t look like the squatter is there during the day so maybe the owner could fix the window to keep them out.
I watch about six or seven mowing videos and I have come to one conclusion, you and your boys are the best of the bunch. Your attention to detail and trimming bushes are the best. Thank you.

You should let the next door neighbor know that someone is squatting in the house so the owners can take care of that problem. If not these unwanted people can just destroy this house or even burn down the house. Please help so the owners can fix this problem and have someone live in there

It is more likely the neighbors know of it. Anyways, now that the yard is done, it will become easily noticeable. As it is the video has already exposed the fact, and y'all can rest assured it will not go amiss.

As I watch I keep thinks back and can clearly see just how much they have learned and the skills they have honed along the way. It never ceases to amaze me that people still think they can take advantage of abandon houses at the expense of the homeowners. You never know what a family circumstances are the people that moved in like that and are squatters can totally destroy home.
