I can't understand why everyone is listening to what soda is saying? He is neither the best nor the most knowledgeable. He obviously has self-control issues, let's say they are friends with Ziqo and have been playing together for a long time. Nice, but yelling at him and insulting him is a lack of respect, I don't understand that, nor do I accept it. And to be in this guild, and if he yells at me once and I'll just leave. I can't stand trigger happy people. Guilds and groups in general are based on respect and skill, I don't see how soda shows respect to other players. Or is this guild based on dictatorship?

I think the correct answer should be: [5 Second rule]: you will only star regening mana (at the full normal speed and not considering talents or abilities) if you don't cast for 5 seconds. Other related concept to this: [Mana ticks]: if you are regening mana, every 2 seconds you get a mana regen tick. [MP5 or ManaPer5]: items or buff that give you a certain amount of mana every 5 seconds, no matter if you have cast in the last 5 seconds or not. Maybe he got confuse between MP5 and the [5 Second rule]. They do have sound similar, so they are easy to mix, I am sure he know the difference, but he was speed running the quiz
To clarify on the 5SR: Every time the caster uses a spell that consumes mana, the caster will not receive any Spirit based mana regen for five seconds.
Yeah, I was confused why he'd write that, I'm pretty sure the way 5 sec rule works is is that while you're in combat, you need to stop using spells with a mana cost and after 5 sec of not casting anything you would start to regenerate mana back based on your spirit. The ticks of mana obviously stop when you cast another spell with a mana cost
