2:20 The rope doesnt work that way. He has 1:30 to queue as many commands as he likes, then the rope disables the turn. Though if theres still animations queued the time the animations take count toward your turn

Xalarius Arcanite The animations are longer when you're seeing your opponent play cards. The card popping up when your opponent plays it is several seconds long. When that's taken out of the equation, you have a lot more time.

The animations are different for the opponent. The animation of the card flying out of your opponents hand adds time for you and not the opponent. This is how the brew nozdormu works.

at 2:20 he must understand that he sees his opponent's moves more slowly,if he skipps the fireball card description every time he would see the opponent throw the fireballs faster but even then this doesnt match the speed of his opponent's use of cards because he can use the new created fireball even before the fireball he just used lands to face,so yeah
