- The little English Electric busy in its usual role as the depot shunter on a still and chilly winter afternoon. With the sun low in the sky this area is shaded for a good part of the day at this time of year.
The Eltham South Electric Tramway is a 1:24 scale, 45mm gauge tramway in Melbourne, Australia.
Such atmosphere, such realism, and the trolley system, net seen that before on a garden railway...
Greetings from Holland.
.....amazing and beautiful to see this tiny world. Greetings from Duesseldorf, Rhineside in Germany
Düsseldorf ist auchch schön, wohnten dort bevor wir in der Naehe von Eltham ankamen.
I always enjoy your videos. Beautiful point-work by the way !

Greetings from Germany wheely
Great! 👏😊
Cool saloon lights in the single unit!
Love this, thanks!
これは佳い「専用線」ですね。
O gaugeの、庭園鉄道ですね。
迫力があって、好ましい印象です。
I love your steeple cab shunter, when I worked at English Electric steam turbines in Rugby in the early 70s we had one of these for site shunting services. What metal are your running rails made from?
That's pretty cool! The rails are mostly brass with some aluminium and nickel silver
Hey melbournesparks are you still into the MSTS openrails scene, because I’ve been building the Hurstbridge line mixed with your epping line in one package and I was wondering if you give me permission to release it one day , Thanks
I admite how taut your wire is to allow extended backpoling like that
This loco has a trolley wheel which helps for that, makes it good for shunting
Sorry, this Little English Loco is of cause a German product.. It was build in 1913 by AEG for a narrow gauge railway in Austria.
I made some modifications to make it more closely resemble an English Electric loco though, it is quite different to the original Austrian loco
How much dose this models cost?
:)
What is your power supply AC or DC?
At the moment it is 32v DC, but there are plans to change to AC to reduce electrolytic corrosion on the rails and sleepers in future. All the rollingstock can already run on either DC or AC.
