Just found your channel. Im 51 and saw Salems Lot when I was 7 or so. Traumatized me to this very day! I love vampire movies to this day but nothing is like 1979 Salems Lot. Nobody has been able to terrify a generation like this one. One of these days I will watch it again, hopefully I wont still cover my eyes when Ralph comes to the window. I would love to see a video that describes what about Salems Lot makes it still the most terrifying of all vampire movies. Most others , they almost seem like comedy. Thank for the content.

If i had a copy of the SL script i wud highlight lance kerwin aka mark petrie's lines cos i am a big fan of him(sad he passed recently bcoz he seemed like such a lovely person 😢) Congrats on keepn SL alive! I feel like the only one in my group of friends that is bat shit crazy over this iconic movie! i swear they think I'm mad! Lol but idc bcoz it makes my life bearable wen i get depressed which is often 😐 so watchn SL and ur and boogeyman bens SL vids always cheers me up! Thank u! X
Danny I've done A LOT of changes to the Outline for the Salem's Lot Limited-Series. I cut down on some of the Music, changed from 11 episodes (outside advice) to 10 episodes, and I also added in the "One For The Road" short story. I made a lot of changes in general. If it's okay, I'll send it over and of course You are more than welcome to share it with Sam and Ben. Thanks 😀

Is this is the shooting script? If it is then it will put pay to the rumours that there were additional scenes featuring Barlow (there are no cut scenes with Barlow as explained by Tobe Hooper himself).
So far it looks spot on in terms of the dialogue. It's pretty much verbatim to the film, with the exceptions of the things that didn't make it into the film.
I always wonderd why n how crockket ended up dead in his car in SL? Bit of a head scratcher as he wasnt bitten i assume? And why was his clothes in his car? He left boom boom bonnie's house in just his red shorts!!!!

Hey! Yes I still have it and mine did come with a battery and a battery charger. That's strange it would need a controller. Everything I needed came with mine.
Hey Danny! Quick question, If you could pick anyone for the casting and directing for the new Salems Lot movie who would it be? Also how long would you let the movie run for and would you split it into 2 parts like the mini series?
Sorry I just saw this comment. That is so hard to decide. I don't think I would split it into parts. I would just show the whole thing, even if it were a long film. Honestly I can't decided on actors, it's hard to think of who could pull it off. Now you have me thinking.
