That might be why in Hunger Games with Katniss, D12 is so grey and dry of life. Snow inflicted how he felt inside to show how betrayed he was for Lucy abandoning him. Still it haunts him not knowing if she's alive or dead.
I read the book and watched the movie, i feel like all the connections Lucy Gray has with Katniss makes it even sadder, it's like, after 70 years he saw a girl that reminded him so much of his true love that he met years ago.I think that Coriolanus loved Lucy in his own weird way, and that President Snow hated her for ``betraying him`` but yet, still had a piece of his heart who still loved her.By seeing Katniss, all he saw was Lucy, and the life he could've lived with her if he hadn't chosen to be like he is now.This video is perfect, it's showing everyone how much she had an impact on him and how her mistery will always haunt him, dead or alive.This story got me feelings i can't explain.
