This cookie brownie is very soft and delicious 🤤
I alredy made another model but this one with these three layers is very unique and delicious 👌
With this amount that i wrote if you measure it will be perfect even if you are beginner 😊

✅just you should not mix the egg alot for brownies just 1 or 2 mints is enough
✅the cookie layer no need to put it in the fridge just keep it in the room temperature till you make the brownie layer
✅ for the butter and suger in cookie layer mix the for 3 mints
✅if you dont have brown suger you can use regular suger
✅if it is so sweet you can decrease 40 ~50 gram
suger
✅when you want to serve it, put in the microwave for 1 min and design it with one scoop of icecream
✅let it be cool first then cut it to small pices
