Yes very simple set up. The only hard part would be running the wires to the battery and it's different for every bike. I didn't do the install video cause there was very little interest on this video. This speakers are worth the money. Sounds great at highway speeds with the windshield up. If you don't have a wind screen not so good except at speeds below 50 mph
Can u take it out on freeway/highway speeds and please let us know about what speed does it begin to fade out at? I had a Lanzar 1400 watt 4 speaker system, Opticmc92 I believe models was called and it faded around 85 without windscreen, handle bar mounted all 4 speakers, on honda vtx1300, with Vance & Hines exhaust. Im in market for another system for Honda Fury. Thank you.
Both my motorcycles have electric windscreen. When they are at the lower settings, is not so much that the sound fades away but the wind noise on the helmet gets louder and it makes it harder to hear the music clear. Usually at 50 the air noise in the helmet gets loud Enough to affect. I really would not recommend it more motorcycle with no windscreen unless you are a city cruiser. They are definitely loud to turn heads. Hope this helps.
I do not know. But I tell you what makes a difference is having a windscreen on your motorcycle to reduce wind noise. Even if you had a smaller speaker it would still sound alright below 55

I have the kuryakin road thunder sound bar. Do you happen to know if this is just as loud.

When using USB is there only a certain type of USB drive works?
I have not tried to use a USB. I've only used Bluetooth. Sorry couldn't help you there
