Great video. Thank you. Got a deal on a Work EZ dc78. Front discs need replaced though. Was curious about the thickness (can’t find specs anywhere). I’ll just take one of the OEM discs off and put calipers on it.
Appreciate your comments & for taking the time to watch our video! To answer your question - there is really no true "one size fits all" approach to how long your blades will last. As Keul mentioned above, it will often depend on the performance itself and just carefully watching how the blades are cutting into the soil. Many factors will effect your blade's lifecycle such as outdoor elements/weathering, how often they would be used and the types of soil (heavy/rock versus softer/sandy). We generally recommend if your original size is diminished by 10 to 15% then it's probably time to replace those worn out blades. Hope this was helpful, have a great day!

Morning Downstream-Outdoors, thanks for watching!
Thank you again Sir, your videos are very helpful. Can you possibly estimate how long discs and bearings are are good for before they need replacing?
