I always loved watching Dylan Minnette act in such dark or mystic movies/shows from 13 Reasons Why, Goosebumps, R.L. Stine's The Haunting Hour, Scream, etc.

Dylan Minnette and Logan Lerman I could totally see. I don't think that Dylan O'Brien fits in that category though. His energy is way different. lol

It's only because they're all in a similar age range and dark headed with pretty eyes. O'Brian has like light brown eyes, minnette has small blue eyes, and lerman has very large baby blue eyes. They all look widely different.

I mostly remember him from playing Blizzard/Donnie Gill on Agents of SHIELD. Although later I did watch 13rw and Goosebumps since he was there. Couldn't stand 13rw after the first season and dropped it tho. Either way, his acting was very interesting everywhere.

Its so kind of Braeden that he thinks Dylan should get back to acting sometime. I think he really supports and understand Dylan in everything. I remember Dylan saying in one of the interview where he got the role in 13RW and was confused whether to accept it or not and then one of his friend motivated him to take the role. I think its Braedan. Such a great friend. No jealousy and ego and they have together since childhood❤

fr not just that also the fact of I can just make music and it works out because I'm in that position. I try to make it in music like millions of others but it just not easy like that 😭
Many artists are acting because of their love of the medium and the way they can use to express themselves. Of course, we need money to survive which means getting paid is often important, but not always. Imagine for the few that are lucky enough to "make it" when really there are many more that will never be able to "make it" in the famous sense but preserver without making money because of their love of acting.
That's not to say using it as employment to make money isn't valid. It is very valid.
Respect for anyone who does what they love, either for money or pure love. Or both.
I thought the same way. This whole interview is coming from a privileged place. I decided to just do music and be in a successful band… done… I used to be a successful actor but it felt like work… so I quit… I’m sitting here with my normal job just trying to pay my bills and live a normal life. Good lord.
@@Theboringartist72 being privileged isnt a bad thing. just say you’re jealous you have no friends to start a band with tbh. pursuing a different career path THAT IS WORKING because you lost passion for the other career path, IS NOT ENTITLEMENT
it’s not a “game” it’s about liking what you do. If I start painting because it’s fun, why would I keep painting when I no longer find enjoyment in it, if I have the opportunity to do a different job that pays just as much if not more as selling my paintings? Especially if I find more enjoyment in my new job. He may be privilege, but opportunity (which this is an example of) isn’t privilege.

Growing up i always confused dylan and logan lerman lol. I remember dylan from the goosebumps movie, Alexander horrible no good very bad day and ofc 13rw. I had no clue he was in a band until just now. Im definitely gonna check out there stuff.
Good to know he actually took like a break to focus on his band I honestly thought he gave up entirely. I really like him in the first season of 13 Reasons Why. See you soon Dylan❤

I feel that. Like in Scream 5 I didn’t really feel his acting like in the other shows or movies. But then again his acting is pretty much the same but I don’t mind it.
Facts, I loved that movie but his character was very off. He was great in "Don't Breathe" tho.

After a few early movies of his was good then puberty hit and he was annoying no loss
And guess what? As soon as you become "successful" at your music (albums, performances, etc) it's going to become a "job" as well. It's called life. Sooner of later if your loves, hobbies, begin to bring you success especially financially it will turn into a job because it's how you are supporting yourself and possibly your family. Young people today want to stay in this world of "I just want fun" "I just want it to be fun" I just want to have fun" and that's great but that mindset isn't sustainable. There are responsibilities that are also a part of life and bills to pay and all sorts of things and dropping out of something because "it's not fun anymore" is a childlike mentality. Do you think people like Cruise, Denzel, etc don't still enjoy what they do? *Yes, BUT they also recognize it is a JOB.* One doesn't negate the other. There are pressures and demands that come with growing up and we all have to face them. That's adulting. So pull on our big boy or girl pants and do what you love BUT also understand, realize, and acknowledge you may have days where it feels like "work" (because it is) but don't let those feelings override the passion or make you forget why you fell in love with what you do and tap back into that. *Because if not, you will be dropping out of everything, work, relationships, etc because of the mindset "it's not fun." * That is a child mentality and we don't remain children, we grow up.
