what a beautiful fresh vegetables, i wish they sell that fresh vegetables in my place, cause the veg is not that fresh here. they sell the fresh veg to big cities with high prices, and we only got the left over (the unqualified one)😅

用热水炒菜,菜会系炒到比较靓。如果加凉水炒,一热一冷,菜会收缩变老,菜就会冇酱靓咗。

Hi, i do not think the 2nd vegetable is 油麦 / Yau Mak Cai. I like eating Yau Mak Cai in Hong Kong ( and I have been living in HK for over 20 years) and the Yau Mai Cai in HK wet market do not look like this. Yau Mai Cai is longer or think and long , not short and fat . I think the 2nd vegetables shown in your video is more like the baby cabbage (in Chinese : Ye Cai Miao) . Thanks.
It's actually Yau Mak Dan (油麦胆) but commonly known as just Yau Mak here in Malaysia. Thanks for sharing!

How to make the veggie stay green after stir fry,...I tried stir fry baby kailan but the colour change. ☹️
Try frying with high heat, once it softens, add some hot water and fry quickly

Hi can I use red fermented instead? Will it still taste good?
Feel free to change the ingredients. For us, red fermented beancurn still go better with napa cabbage than you mak.

为什么煸姜片时不放油呢?
姜片煸过才加入油,姜味会更重更香。
为什么炒菜都要加水?
加入少许热水去炒,菜色会比较美,口感较脆嫩
