This is so good!! I’m coming from mostly strength training and starting to train for my first Hyrox race now. Thank you for helping me figure out how to train! I’m so excited!!
Thanks so much, this is very, very useful! I am a 52 year old Runner/Crossfitter and I have done 2 Hyrox Competitions in a men´s team (1:10 and 1:07) so far. We will start in Hamburg again on the first of April and start to train more intense now. Preparing for the running in northern Germanys wintertime is not always fun but its worth it; I have never been so fit again as on the last Hyrox Competition. It is a perfect goal to train for. Your tips are worth a ton, especially for the slede, which cost me so much energy ... All the best!
Thanks for taking the time to listen and I'm so glad you took away something from it. At 52 years old that's pretty impressive so you should be proud of yourself! I did a whole new video on the sled push that I know you will absolutely love and take value from, check it out here! ruclips.net/video/4zbeJAtxgG4/видео.html Let me know what you think, all the best with your training
Great tips. I have just discovered hyrox , coming from a gym/personal training and ultra running background this looks pretty cool. CrossFit was just on the top technical side for me … once my next ultra is done, (4th dec ) I will start some new training … Quick question, how did your client become “pro”? Thanks (subbed too)
Thanks for taking the time to listen! He become pro status by being one of the fastest competitors. I made a video on his training and what we did, you can check it out here if you haven't already >>> ruclips.net/video/ifer4ODAY4o/видео.html Enjoy your HYROX journey :D
