- There were always going to be winners and losers when the SEC announced it would assign two additional conference games to each team's 10 game schedule for the 2020 season; it just turns out that Arkansas and Missouri weren't just losers, but had the truck dump them out and back up over them several times. How do they react to the bad news? Not well.

Kevin D'Sa the SEC should’ve kept TAMU and Mizzou as cross-division rivals. There’s actual history there (both being from the Big 12) and they’re relatively well matched (and Mizzou wouldn’t have been screwed out of our best pipeline state)

I have a friend from college where I replaced him as co-edotor of the daily, save weekends, colllege newspaper. In football season that meant we managed the football beat.
He's?a lifelong fan of the DAWGS. I asked KRAMER to write a letter of congratulations on his marriage I would present as my wedding gift. KRAMER sent such a letter I presented to the couple at their wedding. Most of the guests thought the SEC Commissioner was whoever ran the Securities and Exchange Commission. Back then my friend was a banker. I've been a college football fan since age nine and a half. My friend has the framed letter displayed in his home. Says it was best gift he received that day. I thank the SEC office the day after I took receipt of the letter. That's the kind of man Kramer was. GOD BLESS his soul. RIP and Sir thank you again..

actually having to complete projects around the house that you purposely didn’t get to over the summer/quarantine. We all know we had 12+weeks of football Saturdays being the scapegoat for responsibility...lol then you have Thanksgiving, bowl games and playoffs. By then, it’s spring and that list starts over 😬🤪

@@BamaShinesDistillery as an arkansas fan i can say we were within 1 touchdown of SEC teams last year multiple times in the end a game. We could have beaten Vandy or USC if we played well. They made SURE we didn't win and it makes me mad

I'm calling it now. When the college football season is canceled, SEC Shorts is awarded the 2020 College Football Playoff trophy and Kirk Herbstreit should present it to them live on ESPN and get these guys the exposure they deserve. Absolutely EPIC.

As an Aggie I thought we got hosed....but then I saw the Ark and Mizzi screwing and well could be 2019 all over again. Just praying someone comes to their senses and we actually get to play SEC football this year!!!!
I don’t know since Big Ten canceled their season. As a Florida fan the toughest games will be against Georgia and LSU.Arkansas and Vanderbilt are basically registered wins.
Aggie here too. Looking at the whole schedule. Tennessee may have the worst. Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Auburn, and Texas A&M. Compares to our schedule last year.

As an Alabama fan and a KU Graduate, I always wondered what the hell Missouri was thinking when they left the Big-12 to go to the SEC. They had to know they were just going to be abused.
@@RoyMcLellan We were getting it in the big 12 anyways, might as well move to a better conference to get more money, better recruits, etc. We've actually been a better team since the move for the most part.

LSU has the highest winning percentage in the SEC since the 2000 season, while also losing the most players to the NFL among the SEC schools during that same time period !!! I believe LSU will be just fine !!
Jody McDaniel there’s absolutely no reason to believe they will fall off as hard as people are predicting. They lose a lot of players to the NFL yearly, yet they still manage to go 8-4 with the absolute worst possible teams at LSU. They aren’t Nick Saban’s Alabama, but they are Ed Orgeron’s LSU. That was one of the times when Arkansas showed basic signs of life, and then the effort from that defeat ultimately payed off for a different win over another opponent, which was part of a span where Arkansas met eight straight ESPN Vegas Spreads, while defeating Mississippi State, Ole Miss, and Tennessee in the process! It was part of the process of bringing us back from the college football graveyard!

If other teams keep dropping out, eventually Arkansas will be ranked in the Top 20 again.
