I take 2 or 3 cups of chickpeas and cook them in my instant pot. Then I dehydrate them. After that I put them in my vitamix or food processor and turn them into breading . It works really well!
We love this recipe. One of our favorites! It's very easy to make and they even freeze well. It goes great with the lemon sauce (added extra lemon juice). Had it with roasted veggies (eggplant, zucchini & summer squash) and fresh tomatoes from the garden. 😋😋

But I also like experimenting with different herbs and spices (like turmeric, ginger, garlic and cumin etc for the health benefits), I make a batch or two every week. I'm a new WFPB foodie and this recipe has been a great find!

Don’t you worry about the EDTA in the bean water? It. Is hard on your liver to dispose of by creating hippuric acid. This is really hard on the kidneys and bladder.

I actually used the last of my oat flour on the patties so I used chickpea flour that I had for the sauce.

You can use any bread crumbs with the recipe. I was just sharing a new product we found.

This is from the Breville smart oven air. I believe it's only made if you have that. A regular baking sheet works great though!
