I just bought the FullDraw 5 just before Christmas when the $100.00 sale was going on at Cabela's. So far it has been great. Don't worry too much if you put it into Last Target mode 'Ltgt" and get strange range readings 30 yards or closer. Leupold talks about this on their website and says this mode is intended for Rain and Fog and you might get these readings. It does poke though trees etc in this mode but you will see strange readings close up in this mode. Further out it provides a reading. All other modes works at all stated ranges. I will use mine for hunting but it has ranged up to 1,200 yards just playing around with it. The Flightpath and Archer's Advantage features work well. I tested Flightpath set at the 20 yard and Mid selections and it works well. Not really necessary but I love bow hunting so why not have a bow hunting range finder? I hope to do TAC some day and I am sure this range finder will work well for that as well. I hope it works well for you and you enjoy your Lift! I hope my new Lift arrives at the bow shop soon! I was seriously confused on that ltgt. Yeah it was on sale plus they let you stack coupons. My first new range finder in 10 years. I am very happy with it.
@@FaithHunters-vf9rp I am as well. It is much nicer than my old Nikon 440 that served me well but my eyes don't see in the low light as well any more and I can actually range with the FullDraw near last light. It also seems very accurate.
