I like mine also. The question I have is when using it on an uphill/downhill shot is the distance displayed in the viewfinder the compensated distance for the setup you put into the archer advantage software? It does display the angle, the other brand rangefinder I have gives you the distance, the angle and the compensated angle distance, although it isn't taking the data the Leupold has. I haven't been able to test it on any uphill/downhill angle shots yet.
What if you use a couple different bow set ups for different applications? Heavy arrow/high poundage for elk versus a lighter arrow and less pounds for Whitetail, muley, antelope? Would you have to enter new data into the unit if you plan on switching back-and-forth each time?
Yes, you would have to enter in new data for your different bow setups because the arrow flight will be different. If you haven't yet, make sure to subscribe to our channel to see more content like this. Thanks for watching!
Hey Alex After 175 yds it gives you LOS and angle compensation. TBR is the same as LOS. If you have any other questions, our optics experts would love to help you out. Shoot them an email at optics@gohunt.com and they will get you taken care of. Best of luck this season!
This thing is dope, got it and got 2 kills at 60+ using the max arrow height feature!
Love Leupold products. I no longer hunt archery, primarily rifle now mine is the RX-1300i TBR. Does pretty much the same thing but for rifle shooters.
