He was dying and he sang on the highest tones his voice could reach for just like he was saying to HIV: "ok you're bringing my body to death, but not my voice, wanna me to prove that?here you are!"

The Spanish acoustic-guitar solo was played by Steve Howe of the rock group Yes. Innuendo is up there with Bohemian Rhapsody. It's difficult for me to choose the best from these two tracks. They both are mind blowing!
both Brian and Steve are playing the flamenco guitar The song was finished when Brian asked Steve to add some spanish guitar licks over what Brian already did
The video for this song won an award for creativity, it is so amazing. Steve Howe (YES) plays the flamingo part on this song with Brian. This song is outstanding. Freddie and Roger wrote this song but the whole band created the song. Thank you.
Queen was much more than their greatest hits. They were definitely an experience. Anytime Freddie sang it was, it was , well, George said it "exactly dude".
Not a song - a piece! Freddie's perspective on the pain and the beauty of the human experience, in a world filled with mystery and so many unknowns. Humanity has persisted in hope, beauty, and joy despite also so many people engaged in hatred, greed, injustice, and false beliefs. Freddie nearing death was so full of questions and openness to all experience. He wished to see truth revealed and the mask released, to surrender his ego, and not have to rely on the innuendo and hinting of a Greater Truth. At least, that's what I think the words and the music spanning so many styles are about. So glad you finally reacted to this.
Excellent song. The press at the time tried to dismiss it as a rehash of bohemian rhapsody but it went to number 1. Musically it is probably better. As has been said also, check out the actual video as it was a work of art itself as it was shielding Freds illness. Excellent as ever guys.

Freddie Mercury is the definition of musical genius for the 20th century. The Queen wrote and performed songs that are far ahead of their time. Freddie Mercury's addiction to perfection in his live performances strongly reminds me of Mozart's perfectionism in the 18th century.
His songs are already being played in the classical field. I heard" You Take My Breath Away" at a classical recital next to Schubert, Schumann and Debussy.
