Thanks for the video. I've just watched your other videos about it. I have exactly the same symptoms you described.. luckily a good consultant ran a load of tests and vit d came out at 19.. i think its because im indoors a lot. It's really good to know that I'm not alone and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.. thank you for your great video :)

i am shocked by what your doctor said!!! i have sleeping issues and mom told me that i need to get tested i went to the lab and the man there recommend that the lab should test for vitamin D, B12 and THS and all of them were not normal!
and i had the worst bruise on my calf i thought i had leukemia or something!!!
This video was very informative, thank you!

I really think that you need to address your IBS/ gut issues. My experience is that you yourself will know if you feel right or not. But healing the gut and getting diet right is often the best way to deal with deficiencies.
Btw I don't think you should have stopped the D3 as it's a fat soluble vitmin. As you identified being brown, you'll always be running out of it so the advice I have heard is to take a low level amount a few times a week even after your levels have topped up to keep them topped up.

I watch your video every morning to remind me that I'm not going insane. I suffered with anxiety and panic attacks which subsided. A few weeks ago the dr (substitute) said my vit d was 15 (it turns out it was 11.8) last April and asked if anyone have me anything for it. I was like no why? She gave me d3 (Fultium 3200iu) and I took my first dose the next day. I was buzzing all day long, not sure if it was placebo but I felt great and thinking about all the good things I used to do. Then on the night it hit me, like a ton of bricks - I went into a spiral- I was depressed, suicidal thoughts, crying, shakes etc felt like I had a chemical reaction to it or I had a massive crash. That was 3 weeks ago, and I still feel depressed. I take a multivitamin now just to stay safe. I can't believe the GP gave me d3 without testing me for it again. I used to hate the day turning into night like I had some 'ugh' feeling. I had all the symptoms you described but controlled them better without the d3

Its a mistake for you to stop taking Vitamin D imho. You need take it every day, but not as much as you used to e.g 1k UI per day. Vitamin D is like food, you can't be deficient in your vitamins for long or you become sick again

I guess when youve dealt with horrible health issues for years and years like i have been.. if i were even to recover 40 or 50 percent in a 3 or 4 months id be happy let alone 80/90 or even 100 percent better. To me that seems relatively short on comparison to years of suffering with this hell. Excited to get onto the supplements. Going to order them in a few days.

When you explain the brain fog, it is almost as if you're trying to describe depersonalization/derealization...
Brain fog for me is something like this: perceiving simple tasks as complex (recipes, whatever, anything), also not having my mind quite engaged/enthusiastic on things I do (while "healthy" individuals are able to do that) which can also the result of not quite grasping things on the fly. Also general physical discomfort does so that your mind cannot focus on a task, which makes the enthusiasm (which if you had even a fraction of it at the start) dissolve into the air.
Suffered such symptoms for *years,* 4 days ago started upping my Vitamin D levels (from 36 nmol/L, which in ng/ml is equal 14.4) - 40.000 IU a day for first 2-3 weeks. Hope vitamin D deficiency is the cause of these symptoms, and not say Lyme disease, possible brain cancer, and so on and so forth.

Not very different. I suspect either it's (caused by) a permanent brain damage, or it's because of the heavy metals I have in me (I did a hair mineral analysis test) and which once removed the normal brain functioning will return. I hope it's the latter, but I'm not sure. 😞
Since I made this comment, I figured out the actual probable cause of my cognitive/health problems. In my case the most probable cause are vaccinations. And since the damage was caused when I was very little and still in development, I'm very worried that I won't be able to reverse it. 😞

It's a systemic problem. In my case anyway. It's not caused by deficiency of certain separate minerals/vitamins.
And even if there are disbalances in minerals, as I have, for example - it's likely caused by heavy metals toxicity, and trying to manually balance different levels of different minerals - won't solve the cause of these disbalances.
So now I'm focusing on heavy metals chelation.

Dear Priscilla, I just want to know if you also got this burning sensation(as if you have antiseptic in your veins and body) all over your body along with anxiety. I had terrible panic attacks before starting the vitamin d supplements, but now I get anxious out of the blue (like butterflies in my stomach and a little shacky), especially when I go to the doctors or to take blood samples (and I was never like that before). What is annoying is that I am always anxious and it can take only a little things(insignificants matter) to make me burst in crying(as if you're always on edge to liberate all the emotions). I just lost my confidence with this deficiecny and I am following my mom literally everywhere as I don't want to stay alone(which I should not be doing as I am over 20 years old LOL). Also, did you have high cortisol levels ? I got a little better, I can't complain to god about that, but still not me (the confident and happy one)... For how long did it take you to feel 100% yourself, thanks you so much, your videos are just amazing and may god bless you !!!! sorry for the long comment...;)

I am 35 and had dizziness, headaches, head pressure, neck pain, hair thinning, fast heat rate and high bp at times, tingling in legs, fatigue, anxiety and more. I was diagnosed with low vitamin d my level was 18.1 I have been taking 50,000 iu weekly of vitamin D 2 and a week ago I started a multivitamin that has 3,000iu of vitamin d3. Some days I think wow I’m getting better finally and then a day or two later bam symptoms are back. I have had mri, ctscan, X-rays, bloodwork, seen specialists and the only thing they can find is low vitamin D. How long did it take you guys to overcome this? Anyone ever get better? Does anyone have these symptoms? This is no quality of life. I’m so tired of being sick. These last 6 months have been awful and I’m glad I know what’s wrong but I wish there was a shot you could get and be all better.
