Bekah, do you apply the Peripera Ink Mascara Fixer before or after your apply your mascara? I applied it and let it dry then applied my mascara. I used it like a primer. Unfortunately it made my mascara very clumpy. Next time should I apply the mascara while the Peripera is still wet?

Oh good question! I do try to apply mascara when peripera is a little wet, before fully drying down. Helps prevent the clumping and gives me hold!
