Social media is everywhere and can almost feel like an unescapable part of life, with notifications going off all the time and our attention being hijacked all the time, its no wonder most people have started to resent social media altogether.

Problem is how and when we use the social media
After my screen time went to 3 hours specifically on instagram now i deleted the app and i use it only of needed like searching for something, posting etc. and i feel much better

Thanks for sharing, and ya like I mentioned in the video everything in moderation and there are great ways to control and help you use social media less if its a problem like Opal, screen time management, deleting the app etc. Its all about what is the awareness and intent of using social media.
