    Charles Heinrich of Everyday Gourmet in Ebensburg used to have edible flowers overnighted across the country to give his dishes special color and flavor. After running into a former employee, he's started sourcing them from just down the road in Strongstown, along with eggs, produce and seasonal fare. The restaurant is also a family operation, though the Heinrich philosophy is to give their children wings and live the lives that suit them. But for Charles' parents, the restaurant set a high water mark -- no matter where they eat, it's never as good as Everyday Gourmet and Fine Food Merchant.
