Another great video Mike! Congratulations to your wife, Angel. I am totally jealous. I have always wanted to take up hunting, or at least go once, but I can't do it now. Word to the wise: don't 'wait' to do stuff - if you get the chance to try something new, go for it. I had all these things that as a single mom I was going to try once my daughter was finished high school, thinking that would be "my time". Then I had a spine/spinal cord injury about 8 years ago and am now pretty much house/bed-ridden. That's why I love seeing these videos of you folks getting out there and doing the stuff you love. I am very impressed also on how you process your own meat too! That's really interesting to see, so thanks for including that, Mike! Take care and I look forward to your trip to the Caymans. Heather🇨🇦
PS-I gotta ask, was that your dad in the tree at 2:46!? I laughed so hard when I saw that - it was a bit creepy, lol.

Every time I harvest a deer I eat the heart. Take it after the kill and soak it in cold salt water over night, it helps get blood out. Then I cut all the white off of it in to thinner slices. Bread it with flower and deep fry it. Mix some melted butter and hotsauce for your dipping sauce. It’s great.

I don't subscribe to any hunting videos because they just aren't that real. I'll watch drury and Michael Waddell every now and then and I catch some of the other guys that are just starting out making videos. But none of them grab my attention like your videos. I'm not surprised your at 11k subscribers in just months. Don't change anything. Keep filming the way you are now!!!

Made sandwiches and it was amazing less then 20 minutes out of the deer.
