Hope you like it! It was one of my favorite beers of 2022, and Citra + BRU-1 is a killer hop combo. I split the batch and fermented half hot and half at standard ale temps, and I think I liked the cool fermented version the best. I really need to brew a batch of this again.
@@CascadesHomebrew awesome! Mine turned out great! I used Lutra yeast (kveik) and fermented it hot and it came out super clean and refreshing. Never used Bru-1 before but it definitely goes well with citra!!! A perfect summer beer! Thanks again for sharing!
