Today, we're brewing a classic! A real, tried and true Lager, this one is super simple and turned out great!

Recipe for 5 Gal
5 lb (54.1%) - Maris Otter
3 lb (32.4%) - Flaked Corn
1 lb (10.8%) - Pilsner Malt
4 oz (2.7%) - Munich Malt
0.5 oz (14 IBU) - Motueka - Boil - 60 min
0.5 oz (8 IBU) - Motueka - Boil - 20 min
1 oz (6 IBU) - Motueka - Boil - 5 min
