    Good Morning Brad. The hard hat looks good. It will look even better when it has a few dings and scrapes on it, to remind you why you're wearing it in the first place. A high vis vest is inexpensive and completes the look. Stay safe.

    When I was working air traffic control in the military you're taught that when it comes to safety if the thought of needing to do something goes through your head take action and do something; don't let it get any worse. Experience hones your sixth sense/decision making.

    The new firewood stand looks great and I’m glad you didn’t get hurt from that tree limb. I’m guilty of not always wearing my safety gear when I should and your video reminds us all not to take personal safety for granted and to always wear the proper protective gear for the job at hand. Cool hard hat and great video.

  • @KampsKorner
    @KampsKorner Год назад +4

    Hey brad, got an idea for you. The crews that I’ve worked with and helped out over the years have a saying when it comes to loose limbs and stuff, when you hear or see a limb cracking and coming down or a limb that isn’t tied into anything that’s coming down they would all holler “head ache” that way everybody knows something is headed down. Not sure if that crew does anything like that but maybe it could help. Stay safe bud.

    I am no pro when it comes to solar panels but I did hear somewhere the angle of the panel is the most important part, if it sits at a perfect "whatever it is" angle it will maximize efficiency. So on days with less sun I would imagine having a perfect angle would be helpful. Just food for thought, really like this Grecell from your vid and may look into this over a Jackery

    Everyone likes to work less. I was thinking I might keep the actual battery/power unit inside the shed and run the cable through the wall to the outside at the appropriate spot so you don't have to take it outside. And if you get caught unaware, it won't get wet in a sudden unexpected downpour. This, of course, depends if conditions allow it.

  • @MGillDesign
    @MGillDesign 7 месяцев назад +1

    Great video. I bought four of them, but haven't used them yet. Pretty much only for SHTF.
    I'm concerned because some folks on amazon, are saying that the panel loses 50% power after like 8 months-1 year.
    Have you noticed a huge drop off in power?
