Stellar Blade is my GOTY ❤, no doubt about that! I have complete faith in the develeoper that it will come out GREAT. Attractive MC aside, I'm sure this game will have a GOOD STORY, FUN GAMEPLAY and also DEPTH to it's CHARACTERS. This is a passion project the CEO from Shift Up wanted to make since he was a child. And I absolutely believe that. You can already SEE and FEEL that this game is something else and I can't wait to play it!
THIS is exactly what we need more of. Developers who are PASSIONATE about their work, bringing their DREAMS TO LIFE, so that WE CAN EXPERIENCE something truly SPECIAL. I can't put into words how GRATEFUL I am that there are still developers out there, creating games for GAMERS, and standing their ground when it comes to their own vision. Because in the end, this is what games are there for. Diving into the world of other peoples mind, and I want to do that without any restrictions.
Because lets be real, nearly all games released in the recent years feel the fucking same. Either they are made just for MONEY or/and to deliver POLITICAL MESSAGES from a loud-mouth MINORITY of ignorant people who DON'T CARE about games at all. And I'm SICK AND TIRED of this progression. This NEEDS TO END, NOW.
Much much LOVE to the developer. I'm sure WITH OUR SUPPORT this game will be a HUGE SUCCESS and send the right message to the gaming industry ❤❤❤

@@hicelinayeah the wokes (libs) are trying to cancel anything and everything that adheres to biological realities. Including the fact that females are generally inherently feminine and males generally inherently masculine. They don’t like that (amongst a myriad of other things), so they want to cancel it.
At least they're not using the same voice actors every other localized content uses.
Although I hope the game has a Korean option in case the script need retranslating if it's horrible.

Eve is feminine, expresses her femininity, and has a feminine shape, while dispatching badies with grace and finesse. I think it's still 2024, and this is a game with lead female protagonist? Oh wait, that's right, Stellar Blade isn't being made in the good ol US of A completely missing from their muscular brutish boy ish bodies "socially acceptable" main female protagonist, it's coming from a country where being feminine is still okay. From the looks of it, it will probably do well with men and women.
The whole game is going to be on the disc……. And it’s a physical release.
Hey, Celina! This game was first shown off back in 2021, it was originally called 'Project Eve'. It looks on point in graphics, backdrop, and to your point, music.
It looks like a mix of Nier and some Devil May Cry. What do you think? You going to pick this one up and do a stream?
Hey, Chris I didn't know it was announced previously under a different name! It looks really cool. I'd be down to do it for at least one stream when it comes out, just to try it at least!
2017, by 2019 Sony had funded it since nobody else cared and it was rebranded then as Stellar Blade. We had the confirmation but Covid hit in 2020 so they were delayed but it is out this year; April 26th
NieR, Bayonetta, DMC, Demon's Souls are all listed by Kim as influences on him. NieR creator Yoko Taro gave his love and blessings on X, including his own inability to wait to play Stellar Blade xD. His composer also composed the OST for Stellar Blade, furthering the NieR connection. 2B has appeared with 2S on ShiftUp's mobile gacha game- Nikke: Goddess of Victory too

All outfits are found in the game world, you don’t have to pay for hair or clothing. ShiftUp has been around since 2016 but has mainly done Gacha Games. Their current game NIKKE is a hit right now. Great story, music and gameplay. They treat their players very well and I’m excited to see Stellar Blade getting attention. They absolutely deserve it.
Also Stellar Blade was originally inspired by NieR Automata

I'm not against this game or design but the more I age the more I ask myself some questions.
First, you don't need to be woke nor feminist to admit that this character is hyper-sexualized.
Will you play this game which is purposely focusing on some body parts in front of your wife or daughters ? If yes, what if your daughters want the same outfit because she finds it pretty ? Will you let her wear it at a cosplay meeting ? After all boys like to see girls with tight revealing outfits, even if this is your little girl...
We teach children to dress a certain way and not trust nor talk to stranger etc. We teach them there are boys and girls. We don't want them to finish on only-fans... but we play extra sexualized female characters.... isn't it contradictory ?
We want games to be realistic, good 3D, real looking cars and buildings, details of sparkle when metal clashes, footprints in sand etc but when it's about a woman face/body then it shouldn't be realistic at all... again isn't it contradictory ?
Reality is reality and games are games. It's when you start to equate something completely different that you get into trouble.
It's a simple matter of accepting that your gaming tastes are what they are, just as you accept that my gaming tastes are completely different from yours.

@@Panorama-memory it's not about gaming taste... It's about the impact over society. The game remain the same even if the character don't wear tight outfits with jiggling physics. Nothing changes in the game story, mechanics or gaming experience. Maybe they can release the game with a neutral looking character that can be replaced by a sexy-looking one afterwards? If you buy it on their online shop for example. (Or via modding)
And if it's just a matter of taste then why not accept a game mainly for pedos where the main character has to cut sexy monsters to seduce hyper-sexualised little children... Even non pedos might enjoy this game as it's a matter of taste according to you. How society can accept that...

Games haven’t had as much impact on society as other media yet is the one that gets treated more strictly

She will mostly likely look at the character and think she’s pretty
Not because of the humongous butt nor the jiggle physics
But instead things like sparkles and the satured colors on her costume as well as the elegance on her moves might be some of the elements she might take interest on
kids are innocent towards those things
And adult are the leading cause towards the corruption of their innocence
To give you an example my sister had bought nier automata last year and I decided to pick it up as it was the only other game i had available on my ps4 aside from minecraft which I was bored to death of tbh
As i was playing the game my little sister entered the room and the first thing she commented when she saw the character "2B" is that she rlly liked her dress and white hair
later on my older sister wanted to play and the first thing that took her attention was 2B's butt Within 3 minutes of sprinting as 2B
I had 15 hours of playtime at that point and I hadn’t even noticed that
my first 10 minutes was me having fun with the dodging feature which felt something revolutionary to me as I’ve only ever had experience with minecraft till then
the rest was me enjoying the music,the environmental feeling of the game and finding my love for the hack n slash genre while being extremely invested into the story of the game
At the end of the day views varies from person to person but if you’re worried about what your kids might think just think twice about what you teach them
As your use of words could either turn out to be wise advice or just further indoctrination

Yeah, the activists' claimant it's offensive to women always precedes thousands of women uploading cosplays in the character's outfits. Same thing with 2B.
@@AKSBSUKathleen Kennedy said" oh heyull no" to a script which would have introduced Darth Talon to moviegoers- Talon is pretty much the most popular SW cosplay. With Eve, there's like 30-40 total costumes to find for her throughout the game so there's plenty for cosplayers to go nuts and choose the one they want to use
